Zimmermann are German built pianos that were very popular in the 1980’s. They are still produced today and are now designed by C. Bechstein the renowned German makers. They are known as medium quality pianos with a good European tone and represent very good value. This model has been serviced and tuned and the pleasant tone is matched by a light touch to the action making it easy to play for those just starting to explore the piano. It has a celeste pedal which enables quiet playing when it is depressed, this is quite popular when repetitive playing to learn a piece or so as not to disturb others.
